3GW-RW Wireless Repeater This repeater is used to extend WCDMA signals from a nearby BTS into buildings to provide effective indoor WCDMA coverage. It is also suitable for outdoor applications to serve areas where BTS coverage is marginal, such as along highways or where BTS signals are blocked by buildings or terrain.
The Wireless repeater connects to the host BTS by means of a wireless link on the BTS operating frequency.
3GW-RO Fiber Optic Repeater This Fiber Optic WCDMA Repeater performs the same function as the Wireless repeater, except that it connects to the host BTS by means of a fiber optic link. A Master Unit is co-located with the BTS, and Slave Units are placed in the target coverage area. The Master and Slave Units are interconnected by fiber.
3GW-P Trunk Amplifier The WCDMA Trunk Amplifier is used to provide bi-directional gain at strategic points in WCDMA IBS (In Building Solution) systems. These amplifiers overcome the cable, splitter and coupler losses associated with medium to large size Distributed Antenna Systems. |
