Designed and produced to the communication industry standard YD 778, the JS- F19B series optical fiber distribution products integrate the securing, stripping, splicing and distribution of optical cables plus the storage of fiber patch cords, to provide complete optical distribution functions.

JS-F19B series products have found wide application in optical communication networks, which are applicable to 19-inch standard integrated MDF cabinets, network cabinets and open racks in optical cross-connection points, optical nodes and optical network units (ONUs) over optical access networks.

JS-F19B products can be equipped with ST, SC, FC, LC adapters and pigtails.

The JS-F19B series splicing and termination unit is composed of the following parts:
• 19'' standard cabinet;

• Integrated NTM splicing & termination module

• Optical cable securing parts

OPTICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Connector attenuation (insertion, interchange, repeat): = 0.3 dB;

• Insertion loss: APC type = 60 dB; UPC type = 50 dB; PC type = 40 dB;

• High-voltage protection grounding device:

• Insulation resistance: = 1000 M?/500V (DC);

• Dielectric strength: = 3000V (DC)/1min, no breakdown or arc;

MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Insertion/withdrawal durability of connector > 1000 times;

• Full-range bending radius control to ensure a bending radius of greater than 30 mm for optical fiber in any position.

• Clear identification for each channel of fiber to avoid possible confusion caused by disassembly during maintenance;

• Fire-retardant performance: meeting the requirement of test A in the GB5169.7 standard.
